Q: Do you offer adjustable shelves?

A: Yes, we use ¼” steel shelf pins and corresponding shelf pin holes. Our shelf pin locations are only where shelves would be normally used, not continuous top to bottom. We edge our shelf fronts with wood matching the exterior, not only for looks, but to support additional weight.

Q: Do you offer a warranty and what type of warranty do you offer?

A: Yes, we offer a five year workmanship warranty on our cabinets and our hardware is guaranteed for life.

Q: Do you build plywood or melamine cabinets?

A: We usually build plywood cabinets, however, we will use melamine if you prefer. Regardless of which material, all our cabinets are constructed with 3/4” material, excepting the backs, which are ¼”. Melamine is a little less expensive, but heavier, resulting in higher shipping costs. If you choose melamine, we will use a color that compliments the exterior. Plywood can be either Maple pre-finished, or at an additional cost, a matching veneer stained to match your cabinet exteriors. On cabinets with glass doors, we always use matching veneer plywood interiors, and finish it to match the exterior.

Q:  What types of storage options do you offer?

A:  We offer lazy susans, shop built spice rack pullouts, bean drawers with glass fronts, commercially available blind corner storage units, rollout shelves with under mount full extension soft close slides like on our drawers and many other options to utilize every available inch of storage space.

Q: I am unsure about the accuracy of my measurements; can you measure my kitchen for me?

A: Yes, in most instances, we are able to travel to your home and meet with you in person. This allows us to ensure that the measurements are absolutely accurate, as well as discuss your options to make your cabinets truly unique to your project.

Q: What about knobs and pulls?

A: We offer several styles of knobs and pulls, or we can recommend a style that is complimentary to your cabinetry.
